Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional
way?
Sindhu Travels does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way.
The tickets are absolutely at the same cost.

Do I Need To Register To Book Online?
No, you can book without any registration, but there are several reasons why registration
will be benefit to you as below. When you book ticket, details such as your name
and address are provided automatically, saving your valuable time. And we may give
you discount offers in future by tracking your tickets (Please note that for security
reasons, your Credit/Debit card details are not stored and have to be entered each
time.)

I’ve lost my ticket what do I do now?
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket.Please
take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have
not received your ticket to the mail id you provided, retrieve your ticket online
by providing PNR Number and Date of Journey. The link is available on the home page.

You can cancel your Ticket. But you cannot transfer it.

I missed the bus. Do I get refund?
Our conditions state that if you miss the bus you are supposed to travel on, though
no fault of Sindhu Travels, and you cannot cancel your seat just before the time
of departure and the ticket is no longer valid and is not eligible for any refund.
However, at boarding point we do help as much as we can. Under normal circumstances
we will help to catch your bus at next available boarding point by a later departure,
subject to your bus being available at that point. But we are under no obligation
to do this.

Is there any other option to book tickets from Sindhu Travels?
Yes. You can book tickets by going to the nearest Sindhu Travels offices, we have
around 30 offices in Andhra Pradesh.

Transactions on Sindhu Travels are very safe. Sindhu Travels employs the best-in-class
security and the transactions done through Sindhu Travels are secure. Sindhu Travels

What All That I Carry With Me On The Bus?
Luggage is limited to two medium sized suitcases / bags per person, plus one hand
bag on all services. We cannot assure that excess luggage will be carried, as we
have no idea what each customer will carry.
